With a population of just under 122,000 people Norwich is the 149th largest town or city in the United Kingdom. Norwich has one relatively new university the University of East Anglia.

Transport in and around Norwich
Whilst the generally flat topology makes for relatively easy cycling and walking to and around Norwich, the city is not very well served by major road transport links. The nearest motorway to Norwich is at Cambridge, the M11 to London.
